You'd think that people would have better things to do on Christmas Eve than to call about their phone.
At least that was my hope going in.
I was wrong. We're swamped. I just want to yell: STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR PHONE AND ENJOY CHRISTMAS!
Can't wait for 12:30. Really, I can't.
